Nicholas Daykin

Nick is the Senior Partner of the firm, having established the practice in 1985. He specialises in all aspects of property transactions both commercial and residential, and commercial law matters, and aspects of tax planning.

Sarah Whitworth

Sarah has been qualified since 1994 and specialises in family law. She has obtained the advanced Family Panel Membership within the Law Society specialising in matrimonial finance and children’s matters. She also conducts care proceedings and deals with cohabitee and inheritance disputes. She is Head of the Family Department and supervises all members of the family team. She is a qualified Collaborative Lawyer.

Christine Mason

Christine qualified as a Solicitor in 1988. She is an advanced member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and a member of the Law Society Resolution Panel. Christine undertakes work involving care proceedings, residence and contact, financial settlements and Inheritance claims, divorce and cohabitee disputes.

Jackie Raggett

Jackie has been qualified since 1992 and undertakes mainly residential property transactions, commercial property transactions and Wills & Probate work. Jackie also has experience of all commercial contract work, both non-contentious drafting and litigation.

Anita Eldridge

Anita (Licensed Conveyancer) specializes in leasehold and freehold residential conveyancing. Anita also has experience in commercial property transactions, Wills and Probate matters.

Terence Blackford

Terence is a registered Trusts and Estates Practitioner whose practice area is mainly Wills, Probate, Tax Planning, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Mental Incapacity, Court of Protection, the law as it affects the elderly and non-contentious property work.

Prior to becoming associated with the practice, Terence was the Senior Partner of a firm of solicitors in Norwich where he was Head of the Private Client Department.

Heather Etteridge

Heather is a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals and a Member of the Society of Specialist Paralegals. She holds a Specialist Practitioner Qualification in Residential Conveyancing and also has experience in Will drafting. Heather has been with the firm for over 20 years.
